The ceremony featured a significant distribution of welfare assistance to both the elderly and students. Dr. Yazhinie Vinoth distributed blankets and sarees to more than 200 elderly poor individuals, as well as note books and stationery for students. Earlier, saplings were planted considering environmental protection to prevent global warming and compating climate change. She also delivered an acceptance speech, expressing her gratitude and commitment to her new role.

The event attracted participation from hundreds of people across several villages around Velur and was presided over by Advocate G. Devaraj, Mr.A.Vinoth the founder of the RISE Trust. Notable speakers included S.Aruldoss, Pr.Jeganathan, L.Vetri Selvan,P.Yabesu, Film director Jeeva Indirajith & Mrs. Vijayalakshmi Ilandhendral, among others, who delivered congratulatory speeches.

The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Akkrapakkam M.Kumar, who expressed appreciation to all attendees and contributors.
